We reply within one business day, then build you a written itinerary with lodges, routing and a full quotation to review and refine.
Once you are happy, a deposit confirms the booking. We handle the logistics and stay reachable on the ground throughout your journey.
From planning to the final day of your safari we stay closely involved — and when something moves, the person sorting it out is in Namibia and already knows the lodge.
